This property has a large designated campsite (for mobile trailers and campers) with power and water hookups available ($500 campsite deposit req'd). Currently, there is one mobile home camphouse (in reasonable shape) available on the campsite, and a large 20' X 20' covered slab area for skinning or dry storage.
Wildlife hunting opportunities include plenty of deer and turkeys to chase (some pig sign has been seen). Also has a large buttonbush/cypress slough for duck hunting. There are about 30 acres available to plant for food plots (most of these already have shooting houses on them). Two of the food plots are large enough to plant for dove fields or summer nutrition crops (2, 6-8 acre fields). Surrounding property to the north and west is in soybean production!
Property has been under a QDM program (3+ yr old buck harvest only and an annual doe quota) for nearly 10 years.
